Applicant's Certification and Agreement

I certify that the facts set forth in this application are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that if I am employed, false statements, omissions or misrepresentations may result in my dismissal. I authorize Graven, Austin, & Drake (the Company) to make an investigation of any of the facts set forth in this application and release the Company from any liability. I understand that employment at this company is "at-will," which means that either the Company or I can terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without prior notice, and for any reason not prohibited by statute. By submission of this application, I understand and agree to this and the following.

I hereby certify that I have not knowingly withheld any information that might adversely affect my chances for employment and that the answers given by me are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any omission or misstatement on this document or any other documents used shall be grounds for rejection of the application or for immediate discharge if I am employed.

I hereby authorize Graven, Austin, & Drake to thoroughly investigate my work record, education, and other matters related to my suitability for employment as well as authorize my current and former employers to disclose any letters, reports, and other information pertaining to my employment with them, without giving me prior notice of such disclosure.

I understand that nothing contained in the application or conveyed to me during any interview that may be granted is intended to create an employment contract, implied or explicit, between me and Graven, Austin, & Drake. I understand that if I am hired, with Graven, Austin, & Drake, the employment relationship is strictly voluntary and employment is for no definite period and may be terminated at anytime, with or without, prior notice, with or without cause or reason, at the option of either myself or Graven, Austin, and Drake.

I understand that if offered employment, I will, as a condition of employment, be required to submit proof of my identity and legal right to work in the United State on my first day of employment.

I understand as an employee of Graven, Austin, & Drake, I may have access to business/fiscal plans, confidential client/customer information and business contacts. This information is entrusted to me to hold in strict confidence. This information is not to be used for reasons other than work related business.

I will not use this information, either as an employee or former employee of Graven, Austin, & Drake to benefit personally or in competition with Graven, Austin, and Drake.
