You will be assigned to one account manager who will be your liaison with our management team. Our
account managers are entrepreneurial people and as such are concerned about all aspects of the success
of your program, including but not limited to quality control and cost effectiveness of your program.
We hold this person directly responsible to openly and effectively communicate your needs to the rest
of our management team. Good communications means that they are available to listen and respond to your
needs.
The differences we will make is to ensure that while you may be miles away you are informed not only
about what is going right with your program, but are given an honest appraisal of some of the problems
which may be occurring. We can’t be a seamless extension of your organization without honest interaction,
reporting, and service.
If you have a problem, our account managers are instructed that their job is to reply within 24 hours.
If they don’t have the answer they will update you with the progress of their investigation.
